PawTrimly Standard — licence and purchase terms.

Where and how to purchase

Purchases are initially available for truthful US or UK billing addresses, for business and consumer buyers, when the website opens checkout. Selecting or installing the app is not a purchase. Checkout is hosted by Stripe Managed Payments and identifies Link as merchant of record. Payment methods and any optional Link account are governed by that checkout; a PawTrimly customer account is not required.

Price, currency and introductory availability

The introductory price is USD79 for the first 50 qualifying completed purchases; the regular price is USD129 lifetime. Base USD prices include applicable tax as confirmed in checkout. Introductory availability is determined by confirmed paid orders; refunds do not reopen used introductory slots. There is no fabricated sales counter. Checkout confirms the final amount before payment. If Stripe offers a local currency, you may choose it; the conversion rate includes a 2–4% conversion fee. Choosing USD avoids that Stripe conversion fee, while your bank may apply its own currency or foreign-transaction charges. No Standard subscription or compulsory Plus purchase is included.

Delivery and installation

After payment confirmation, the license and installation guide are emailed to the address used in checkout. Payment processing or delivery checks can delay fulfillment; a return-page visit alone does not confirm payment. Check Spam, Junk and Promotions if the email is missing, then contact support@pawtrimly.com with the purchase email/order reference. Do not send card details or a full license key. Installation is a browser PWA, not a separate native installer; initial activation needs internet. Link's payment receipt and PawTrimly's license email serve different purposes.

Refunds and mandatory rights

We offer a voluntary seven-day refund period from purchase, including activated licenses. Contact support@pawtrimly.com or Link's transaction support with the purchase reference. This does not shorten any applicable statutory cancellation/withdrawal period, digital-content remedies or other mandatory consumer right, and activation alone is not treated as a waiver of those rights. Link's applicable transaction terms and refund process also apply. A fully refunded license is revoked. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and method; no instant-refund guarantee is made.

PawTrimly Standard

Standard is designed for independent solo groomers. It uses a one-time purchased activation key, normally for two registered devices. A properly activated perpetual license supports offline work without recurring check-ins or an offline expiry. A license can be explicitly revoked; a disconnected device cannot receive immediate revocation.

Devices, installation and transfers

Opening or installing does not purchase or activate a license. Initial activation requires internet. Devices keep separate local business databases without synchronization. Manual assistance can release an old slot; reinstalling or clearing storage can create a new installation ID. Business backups do not activate a new device or release a slot.

Backups and recovery

Keep regular private backups. ZIP backups are not encrypted and restore replaces existing business records after validation and confirmation. License problems do not delete business data; export recovery remains available. Browser/device loss and clearing storage can still erase local records.

Standard features and separate services

The lifetime Standard licence includes all current and future Standard features without an additional Standard licence upgrade charge. PawTrimly Plus is separate, voluntary, In Development and excluded. No particular future Plus release, support response time, hardware, internet or carrier text allowance is promised. Ready for Pickup creates a native message draft, not an automatic SMS.
